Homeboy Barbers is a home-based side hustle I run during my time off work.

Cutting hair is more than just a skill — it’s something I genuinely love. I’ve spent years perfecting fades, sharp lines, and clean cuts.

Cutting hair is something I love doing. I’ve spent years perfecting fades, sharp lines, and clean cuts. Born and raised with strong Polynesian roots, I bring that laid-back island vibe into every cut. It’s all about respect, hospitality, and taking care of my people. 

 

Before moving into a new career, I worked in multiple barbershops across Palmerston, developing my skills, meeting new people, and forming friendships that have become a real part of my journey. 

 

Homeboy Barbers started when I began cutting my mates hair at home, just the boys hanging out, catching up, and getting fresh cuts in a relaxed space. It wasn’t just about the haircut, it was about the vibe. That’s where the name “Homeboy Barbers” came from.​  I work FIFO — but barbering is still my passion.

I started Homeboy Barbers from home to keep doing what I love during my weeks off, It’s my hustle, my space, and my way of doing what I love. No rush, no pressure — just clean cuts in a chill, home-style setting.
